Last Saturday, the Commander of 39 Canadian Brigade, Colonel Dave Awalt, hosted the dedication ceremony of the LAV III Monument under sunny skies in front of about 150 people.
In spite of last weeks snow in Wellington, PEI, the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #17 committed to installing their monument before winter entered into high gear for the season.
